The System

Patrol points will be installed in your high-risk areas where you want your security to patrol.

Your system will be programmed to call a patrol every hour, the system will be programmed to force your guard to patrol each patrol point starting from point one to patrol point ten, we will program the system with a build in interpoint delay to force the guard to take lets say four minutes between each patrol point should he try and rush his patrols the patrol point will flash a red LED informing him he is rushing his patrols when the next patrol point flashes a green LED then the guard can patrol that point, this will eliminate rush patrols by security and force him to do quality patrols, while the one guard is out on patrol the system will alert the guard in the guardhouse to press his stay awake alert every ten minutes to prove that the guard in the guardroom is awake.

Stay Awake

Stay Awake feature turns itself on and off at specified and remotely adjustable times with an alert buzzer that keeps guards awake on duty. When the buzzer is activated, the guard must press the alert button to report he is awake.

Reporting Structure

Our control room will mail you a daily report, to report any patrol or stay awake alerts breaches to you.

Our control room will send you a detailed monthly report reporting you monthly patrol efficiency % plus the number of scheduled patrols scheduled by the system, amount of failed patrols, actual patrol points clocked on your site for the month, amount of stay awake alerts acknowledged plus the hours security spend outside during your patrols for the month.

Remote Configuration

Remote configuration is key to the system our friendly and knowledgeable operations director can adjust the settings on your guard patrol unit in moments.

Multi Guard

Our guard patrol system have an Multi Guard feature we can monitor up to six guards patrolling simultaneously, via one control unit. Each guard can be dispatched on his own route. The system will verify that he patrolled each of his given points and provide reporting for each individual guard.

Control Room Monitorable

Our Control room will monitor your daily guard’s patrol and stay awake reports included in the rental fee; daily reports will be mailed to you of any actionable breaches to enable you to take the necessary action needed
Our control room will send you a detailed monthly efficiency report the following will be reported to you.

Efficiency % report for the month:

  • Qty patrols that was scheduled for the month
  • Qty patrols done for the month
  • Amount of fail patrols for the month
  • Number of patrol points clocked for the month
  • Amount of hours security was out on patrol for the month
  • Amount of stay awake alerts acknowledged by the guard for the month

Stand-By Power & Guarantee

The system has +- 48 hours stand-by power available during power failures however regular loadshedding dramatically affects the life of the stand-by batteries, this cannot be controlled by anyone.

Our system is guaranteed for the rental period excluding acts of God, abuse or theft.

Security Company Services
